Cancellation Policy
Appointments fees are collected in full when you book.
Rescheduling or canceling must be done outside of 24 hours of your appointment time.
*If your appointment is at 5PM on Tuesday. You must cancel by 4:59 PM Monday.
Canceling or rescheduling inside of 24 hours will result in a $25 fee.
(You will only be refunded $50 of the $75 fee.
Once a distance scan is booked, please mail in your sample. This appointment can NOT be cancelled or refunded.
No Shows will NOT receive a refund.
*Please understand I run a small business and my time is valuable and spots are very limited.
Repeated No Shows will block your ability to book in the future.
